Hi, Peter. I looked at the masthead for CD ROM Professional and found it
held no European distributor. However, it's published by Online Inc., 462
Danbury Road, Wilton, CT 06897-2126, USA. The phone number of the business
office is 1-800-ABCD-ROM, fax 1-203-761-1444. You might call them and ask.
There's an international subscription rate, so I suspect that they ship
overseas.
