I just encountered this problem myself. To fix the problem, show the
paragraph markers. You can do this with the toolbars, there is a paragraph
icon on the bar. Then go to your topic, review the hotspots. One or more
will have the hotspot formatting on the paragraph marker. Hotspot formatting
looks green and underlined, at least on my machine! (; I deleted the
paragraph marker, then added it back. You could also go to the font menu and
change the formatting of the paragraph marker there.
