This can be resolved using Adobe Catalog, which
creates searchable indexes of series of .PDF
files. You could theoretically index your entire
CD_ROM worth of .PDF files into one searchable
index . You can also create links between .PDF
files using Acrobat Exchange (.PDF editor),
allowing you to create links both within the
file, as well as to other files.
