We have the following full-time opening for a Technical Writer to lead a new
documentation project in Alameda, CA.
We are looking for a technical writer whose initial project
will be overseeing and implementing a large update, edit and organization of
a current paper-based documentation system into a new system which will
include
extensive on-line Windows Help. New paper based manuals will also be written
and produced.
REQUIREMENTS:
* excellent communication skills
* technical writing, journalism, or other writing degree preferred
* understanding of database concepts, CAD concepts, or both
* experience with MS Word, Ventura Publisher, and FrameMaker
* experience with Windows Help and related products preferred
