We are seeking an entry- or associate-level technical writer to work on our
Network Management Software team. Candidate must display an ability to grasp
technical concepts quickly and show a love for tools and technology. The
successful candidate will work alongside senior software technical writers,
helping to produce documents and online help for 3Com's Network Management
products.
Requirements:
o Bachelors' Degree in Technical Writing, English, or Journalism,
or a Technical Writing Certificate.
o Experience with FrameMaker or other desktop publishing software a plus.
o Experience with RoboHelp, HDK, or other help authoring tool also a plus.
