John F. Renish and PRC are happy to announce, that John's 50+ page
booklist with
- books
- tools (incl. software)
- periodicals
- Internet ressources: newsgroups, mailing lists (incl. TECHWR-L),
and ftp/html netsites
can from now on be downloaded from the "User Friendly Manuals"
website on

http://www.pip.dknet.dk/~pip323/index.htm

There are two versions available, both zip'ed: an MS Word 6/7 file,
books.doc, and an ASCII file, books.txt. The zip'ed files are 90kb
and 58 kb respectively. If you can't unzip now, there is a link to
pkware's webplace from where you can download the ZIP/UNZIP shareware
programmes needed.

The booklist is still available, too, from
ftp.okstate.edu/techwr-l
as books.doc (MS Word 6/7), books.txt (ASCII), and books.zip (both
files zipped together). Just ftp to the site and logon <anonymous>,
password <your e-mail address>, get <filename>.

The booklist is updated approx. two times per month.
