12 o'clock and Midnight and noon

My two cents worth, copied from my favorite style guide...

> Do not use 12 A.M. or 12 P.M. A.M. means Ante Meridian (before noon),
> P.M. means Post Meridian (after noon). Using 12 with either A.M. or P.M.
> is an oxymoron. Instead, use either noon or midnight. Do not use 12 noon
> or 12 midnight because those are redundant.
