Paul,
I read from you email to the Techwr-l list some time ago you ordered
the online standards document. Is this about standards for developing
and producing online documents, or is it a document containing all
the standards in online form?
I am interested to find out if there are any standards for
developing online documentation. AS/NZ4258:1994 comes close, but it
is not comprehensive enough for online documentation.
In additon, I am also interested in what effect ISO9001 has on
developing documentation in a large software development project. Do
you have anything that you can send to me, or point me in the right
direction?

Best Regards,

Mike Little.
