I don't know if this was a comment, a complaint, or concurrence - but isn't
it better to be able to join an organisation on ones merits rather than just
paying a fee? If any organisation is going to be looking after
certification, then it must be one whose members are "elected" rather than
the ones with the money. Just a thought...
