I tried to reach you directly, but the message bounced.
I thought the Geospan project that we (Unisys) demonstrated at the Minnesota
state fair might help you, but it is aimed at providing street level views
from a vehicle, more for realtors. However, our guru on that project
suggested that several geographic info systems could meet your needs, and
also suggested you contact Ohio State University, as they have worked a lot
in this area.
