I've been a RoboHelp user since version 1 which I got in June, 1993. I'm
always a bit surprised by the complaints about RoboHelp itself and Blue
Sky's technical support. I've never had a problem where RoboHelp
screwed up and my questions - when I screwed something up - have always
been promptly and courteously answered. Maybe I'm not pushing the
envelope like other winhelp writers. Yes, RH is expensive and I've not
used any other tool so I'm ignorant of any advantages of other tools.
So much for my two "widow's mites."
