Just to clarify... the fact that you are paid on salary does *not*
automatically mean you are exempt (I assume we mean exempt from
overtime). Or have things changed in the last 4 years?

This is interesting. Your company can't justify paying you 150% of
what you're getting now to keep you, but they'll have to pay that to
replace you, won't they?
