5. There were two definite groups of five (as opposed to
one long list of ten, five groups of two, etc.).
Actually, the grouping was four and six. ;{>}
6. They were numbered sequentially to make them easier to read
and understand.
No numbers in the original. Those were added during later presentations of
it by the trainers as an aid for teaching the subject matter.
And let's not forget: the first version was destroyed by the writer in a
fit of frustration at the ignorance of the audience.
