The writer agreed to UPDATE the document with new information,
not to revise or refine it. The writer should approach the client and
point out the need for revisions to the document, and quote him an
appropriate fee. If the client declines, the writer should stick to the
update (written to her standards, of course). If that leaves one
section of the book noticeably better written than the rest, that's
on the client's head, not the writer's.
