Subject: Web/PDF Advice sought

Hi web workers and web wannabes:

Can anyone clue me in on how to provide PDF documents over a web site?

I've made the pdf documents and provided links to them from a web page.
But, when I link to the pdf doc from the web page, code gobbledy gook
appears in the browser window (Netscape). Netscape does download the pdf
file onto my hardrive, and I can then open that pdf file with Adobe Reader.

I would like to see a readable pdf doc appear when I click on the link,
rather than having to look for the downloaded file, opening it with Adobe
Reader, etc.

If anyone can give me a clue - I'd appreciate it _very_ much.
