i have been tasked to design an information and documentation process flow for
the company. looking at using framemaker, mezzenine (maybe), SGML... must
design with client support in an intranet, internal intranet, and internet,
training, and documentation, as well as all the faxes, memos, letters, etc...
anyone know where i can pull some info from the net on similar processes?
anyone done anything like this?
