hi colleen,
i've used powerbuilder some. it's an object oriented programming
language. you can use objects in it to build a windows interface. it
helps to know the code behind it though to customize (some flavor of C-i
forgot which one).
powerbuilder also has one of the best online tutorials i've ever used.
within a short time you actually build windows and an exe.
the company i was working for used it and then let customers modify
windows elements (list boxes and such) for their internal use.
also-i don't know any tech comms who use powerbuilder, only programmers;
but that's my limited experience. also-don't know about the delpi
software.
