you should calculate more closely:
- If you are lucky you get payed for 2/3 of your time
(noone pays for winning new customers or bookkeeping)
- This means you might get payed some 100 hours a month.
(DO NOT count overtime!)
- Look around what others in your profession and with your
level of knowledge earn as employees.
- Add everything you need to pay, but your employer would.
- Finally add at least 10% profit for being your own employer.
Now you might find it more profitable to be the caretaker of your appartement
complex than work for $25 an hour.
