Yes, Mike, I've done it to provide the help system to the client
so they could review it on paper. Since the Create Documentation
option in RH4 just strips out the markers for the help generation
and provides a Word file of the original content, what you get is
a big file with all the help contents in it, organized the way
it was in the help project. So, it may or may not make sense when
printed out. This is because of the way a project is organized.

I know the one I did was relatively disorganized because I added
topics late in the game and they came in out of place in the paper
version. If I had wanted subsequently to publish the paper version,
I would have _rewritten_ it (no shortcuts here). Since it was for
review only, it worked fine.
