Chris Thiessen misread my statement that since someone has
techwr-l access, they could transfer files by the internet.
Sorry if I misled you, Chris... I certainly didn't mean to
imply that the files should be routed via _our_ list. What
I meant was that if you can access techwr-l mail, you can
certainly e-mail to _other_ addresses.
