We are generating our first set of documents that will be provided both in
print and online on CD-ROM. We are discussing how we will provide updates to
our customers for minor releases. In the past, we provided users with bound
update books but no one referred to them. Do you have any suggestions? Also, do
any of you provide updates to your guides in between releases?
