I would be interested in hearing from anyone who has had experience with the Information Mapping concept. My feeling is that using this concept, combined with an SGML markup, would allow for reuse of information, say in Help text, online procedures, paper procedures, training manuals, customer forms on the Internet, or internal information on an Intranet.
The Information Mapping concept seems quite proprietary and it is difficult to research it without actually attending one of the courses (which are a bit on the pricey side).
Appreciate any comments from anyone who has had used the concept.
