Just wondering what y'all use/have seen used as far as terminology to
indicate military time/24 hr. format?

The clearest way to indicate it is to leave the colon out. For example
"1015" for "10:15" to indicate that the 24 hour clock is being used.

Now, if you're meaning to use full military time, you should make sure it's
in Standard Time, not local time, and add the word "Zulu" after it, as "1015
Zulu."
