Don't know, but I have plenty of 'tears sheets'. These are tear-stained
pages from various of my manuals:

- drafts returned by reviewers with no comment except "Looks OK"
- notes from tech support saying "hey, this bit has been wrong for the
last two releases, We've been wondering when you're going to fix it."
- my indecipherable instructions on how to perform incomprehensible
procedures that will be rendered simple and intuitive "in the next
release"
