TechWhirlers,

I haven't been on this list very long, so
if this has been discussed, please accept
my apologies.

What dictionary or dictionaries do you use?
Currently, I rely on (in descending order
of precedence):

Merriam Webster's Collegiate - 10th Edition
Oxford American Dictionary
Modern Dictionary of Electronics - 6th Edition
Dictionary of Information Technology and Computer Science

I've included the order of precedence because
some definitions from different books conflict
with each other - particularly when it comes to
hyphenation.

We document simulation software for IC designers.
