John Ufer asked "can you use the term "worker" to cover all employees
both management and non-management or does the term "employee"
better fit the classification."
It seems clear that if all employees actually work, then either term is
accurate, and you can use whichever one you prefer. If, however, you
find that the set of managers does not map 1:1 with the set of workers
(disjunctive), then you must choose whether you are addressing one or
the other.
Considering your audience, you may find that workers in the gaming field
prefer being addressed in other terms altogether.
