Here's a list based on what's in a business agreements form book (which
lists over 100 contracts, letters, agreements and other model forms).

Credit and Collection
Leases
Selling Services as an Independent Contractor
Buying and Selling Goods
Protecting Intellectual Property, Trade Secrets and Goodwill
Assignments of Income or of Receivables

(BTW in the area of selling services, consider how you'll lay out proposals,
which can become the basis for letters of agreement or for contracts proper.)

The book is titled "The Business Agreements Kit" (a DOS disk is included),
written by Ted Nicholas and published in 1995 by:

Upstart Publishing Company
Dearborn Publishing Group, Inc.
155 North Wacker Drive
Chicago, IL 60606

ISBN 0-936894-90-3
