If you are pasting the images into word or any DTP package, use the full
sized originals and let the wp / layout programme handle scaling. It
might look fuzzy on screen but it should print out okay! Remember that on
a 600dpi printer, a full 640*480 DOS screen can be printed in about 1"
square.

We use Paintshop Pro in the office for screen captures and image
manipulation. I like it, anyway. However, we do NOT re-size images in PP,
although we often reduce the number of colours or save the image in a
different format to reduce file sizes.
