Hi there,

I note that many of you reference Don Norman's book about the design of
interfaces in a postive light. Although I think he has some wonderful
things to say about the design of objects like door handles and really
like his work in this area, I think he should stick to topics he knows
about. Did you see his ideas about writing? Get a clue! We can do
better. MUCH BETTER.
