Qualified candidate will produce both print and electronic user manuals,
including direct integration of on-line context sensitive help systems.
Bachelor Degree in Technical Writing, or related field; or 2 year Associate
Degree and 5 years technical writing experience required. Expertise in
Desktop Publishing, PageMaker preferred, is required. Experience with
Microsoft Office, Adobe PhotoShop, and help authoring tools is needed.
Demonstrated ability to work with design engineers, product managers, and
customer support personnel, for development and clarification of technical
concepts into product specification and user manuals. Must have strong
project management abilities to plan, estimate and track projects; meet all
product development schedules and effective time management skills to work
on many projects simultaneously.
