Many of my users are not computer or Windows-proficient. Hence, I
substituted the phrase "click twice" for "double-click."
Any visceral reactions one way or the other?
Be sure your readers who *are* familiar with "double-click" know that when
you write "click twice" you really mean "double-click."
When I read the phrase "click twice" I assume the writer means two single
clicks, not a double-click. This stems from some software I once used which
required two single clicks to activate a choice, a double-click wouldn't
work.
