Here's the general instructions; I'm sure you can figure the specifics:

1. Place your chapter files in a book.

2. Create a paragraph format for chapter numbers.

3. In the Paragraph Designer, select Numbering from Properties, and set
the autonumbering format you want. See the manual for more details, but,
if you set things up properly, you won't even have to type
"Chapter"--you'll only have to change the paragraph format.

4. To renumber the chapters, update the book file.
