V2.0 does support frames. It's currently in beta testing. There's a link
(and username/password) for downloading it at http://www.aolpress.com/download.html. I don't know if the Mac version is
any faster than previous versions. (The PC version is reasonably fast -- oh
well...)

(Arlen, V2.0 has some new stuff in the General Preferences dialog and the
HTML editor's File menu about loading without interpreting server-side
includes. I haven't played with it yet, so I don't know if it works on all
servers, or just AOLservers.)
