Frankly I liked the ad. I've been at my job six months. I took it because I
contracted for them, and liked the casual, relaxed atmosphere. Six months
later, the company has grown exponentially, I have an unbelievable workload,
and I get snide comments about the fact that I'm not committed enough to
work Saturdays. Every company has a different culture - at least this one is
being very up-front about what they want and expect from an employee. There
won't be any surprises like mine when they start. I prefer honesty in
advertising.
