We're not crazy about the term "Users Guide" (and that's the punctuation -
no apostrophe) we would use...

So, we eliminate the term "Users" entirely:

Some examples:
DISC System Accounting Reference Guide
DISC System Best Practices Manual
DISC System Task Operations Manual
etc.
