One of my "dotted line" bosses asked me to construct a user satisfaction
survey. I am to to circulate it to the audience of an on-line procedure
reference library I wrote for him recently.
I have some ideas but I'd appreciate hearing from those who have done
this. What are the best questions to ask? the worst?
