Emily;

One of the most elegant programs I have ever used performs the
chore very well, albeit not perfectly. HTML Transit
is available from http://www.infoaccess.com. I have used it
successfully on Intranet sites and I like the flexibility to
embed navigation buttons and place the table of contents into
a separate frame on the browser. The program's user interface
is a masterpiece of usability. Just select buttons on the main
screen to perform the steps necessary to map styles and select
features in the final conversion. The order of the steps is
pretty well controlled by the placement of the buttons and the
use of tabbed dialogs underneath.

Give it a try. A *Crippled* evaluation copy is available, but
if you are serious, the under $500 price tag for the full-power
licensed version won't stop you. Let me know how it works.

Dave.
