It's called finding ways to get along with your co-workers. It's called
trying to bring a little pleasantness into a working relationship. It's
not going to go over in every working environment or with every
temperament.

Let's just make it clear we expect reciprocation when that programmer
needs a journal paper edited ASAP or presentation slides done for
tomorrow's conference. <g>
