STC Suncoast Chapter Meeting: Tips for Creating a Great Index

Summary: The Suncoast Chapter is pleased to welcome Lori Lathrop, widely
recognized for her indexing expertise, as the speaker for our April
meeting. Lori is an experienced technical writer, editor, and
professional indexer. In addition to working on indexing projects
for corporate clients and publishing houses, she regularly presents
indexing workshops sponsored by organizations such as STC, American
Society of Indexers (ASI), and SOLUTIONS. Lori is past president of
the Colorado Chapter of ASI and a member of the Rocky Mountain
Chapter of STC. Her book, "An Indexer's Guide to the Internet,"
was published by ASI in 1994.
Meetings are open to anyone interested.
