My company now wants to publish multilingual (French, Spanish,
Germain) documentation simultaneously with our English version.
Being unilingual myself, we need to put a process in place that
will allow this.

Does anyone have relevant experience they can share? Should the
documentation be sent out to a translation service or should a
translator be hired on contract. Is there a process for
maintaining the translated documentation to keep it parallel with
the English version in which modifications are made to the soft
copy as they arise with a printing once or twice a year?

Thanks for any advice.
