Winhelp to PDF?

Is there a way to jump into an Adobe Acrobat PDF file at a certain page? We
want to link from our online help file into a PDF file, but don't want the
user to have to search for the appropriate area. If a procedure is on page
17 of the PDF, we'd like the help file to open the PDF at page 17.
