I include the registered or trademark symbol at the first occurrence
of the product name in the docs (usually the first occurrence in the
text).

For listing the owners, I usually list them all in the front matter
of the manual. For other types of docs (specs, marketing collaterals,
Web pages), I include *our* registered/trademark info and then the
statement "All other trademark names are the properties of their
respective trademark owners."
