Colleagues,

A trademark is a trademark no matter who owns it. I would treat the
trademarks of others in the same way I treated my own. In my experience, it
is best to acknowledge the mark with the usual tm or circled r on first
mention (as a minimum). I have never worked for a company that required a
page listing trademarks appearing in a document, but I never produced the kind
of document in which jillions of trademarks appeared.

I have been on both sides of the street with trademarks and know that some
companies (including one I worked for) can make the Great White look like
Goldilocks when it comes to protecting their trademarks.
