Just an observation, no facts to back it up, but...

Seems like I remember getting the most new jobs starts in January and
July. These are not spring, so I don't think it supports any budding
hypo-
thesis. Just seems to be busier then. I always guessed that since I have

been in the business a long time, and since I can put out fires, it was
related to the two times of year when clients are likely to get into
trouble:
January, because they put off making decisions during the end-of-year
holidays, and July because all of the regular staff are going on
vacation.
