Out-of memory error on on-line help

Subject: Out-of memory error on on-line help

(With apologies to Eric if this is pushing the definition of the list)

Urgent! We need your help pronto! Have any of the on-line help/tech
writers out there run into "Not enough memory available to run this
application" error messages when they try to open an on-line manual in a
compiled HLP file?

We use Doc-to-Help 1.7. The software vendor has not come up with any
solution yet. These same HLP file manuals run flawlessly elsewhere
(other servers). Any ideas from the assembled list members will be
deeply appreciated. Please reply off-list to llattan -at- estee -dot- com because
I only receive a digest of the list postings.

With many thanks -
