Good question, Barb. I went ahead and ordered Travelers Checks (in Canadian
dollars) from AAA, then I decided to call a cab company in Toronto just to
check. I found out that the cabbies don't take Travelers Checks nor do they
take credit cards (at least this one cab company doesn't). So I guess I'll buy
a candy bar here, a newspaper there, and a drink over there at the airport to
cash my travelers checks so I can pay for the cab ride to the hotel. ;-(
