My favorite license agreement statement was printed on the *outside*
of a sealed envelope containing the software diskettes, "Opening of
this envelope constitutes your agreement to the license agreement
*inside* this package." I don't think any lawyers reviewed that before
it went out.
I don't read the whole license agreement either. The type is too
small, and I don't need to be adding any more wrinkles by squinting.

I have to admit I've never read a whole one either. I sometimes start
with one but the terminology is so confusing and they really all basically
say the same thing as far as I can tell: "don't give this away to someone
else and don't reverse engineer it." I'm incapable of reverse engineering
and I don't cotton to piracy so I breeze past the agreements.
