And for those who want MLA-style conventions, try the Walker/ACW Style
Sheet:

http://www.cas.usf.edu/english/walker/mla.html

This style sheet is gaining acceptance among English composition
faculty, and Columbia is about to publish it in the _Columbia Guide to
Online Style_.

Does anyone know if APA or Chicago have established online citation
conventions?
