Job Requirements

o Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
o Experience with and/or education in computer-human interface design
o At least 3 years of technical writing experience
o Proficiency with one or more online help authoring applications, such as RoboHelp
o Proficiency with FrameMaker software on the Mac, PC, or UNIX
o Experience working with graphics packages such as Adobe Illustrator
o A sense of humor
Preferred Skills

o Bachelor's degree
o Knowledge and experience with networking or internetworking products
o Knowledge of HTML
Job Responsibilities

o Conceptualizing and creating online help systems
