More importantly to my mind - you can change the graphics constantly. Our
software GUI changed so much during the last round that I would have driven
myself crazy re-importing the graphics. As it was, all I had to do was copy
over the old with the new, and Frame handled the rest.
Also, if you have a lot of graphics, importing them by reference keeps your
file size down. (This wasn't such a big issue for me, but it might be for
some).
